Thoughts Scribbled While Doing Other Things (7)

I need to spend less time trying to understand God and more time adoring God.

Heaven is not a place; it is a state of being…a state of being fully in tune with the Trinity.

The delight of the Trinity is to pour itself out into Oneness.

Prayer is the Trinity praying in us.

As Christians, we are penitents, but not guilt-ridden. We are sinners, but we are forgiven.

Feeling negative about yourself is not pleasing to God.

Humility is truth. We know we are sinners; we know we are forgiven.

In our helplessness, God can do anything.

Christianity lives in the heart, not the head. The head is for doctrine.

Live for God. Literally, explicitly, without shame.

There is a mystic within everyone.
