Temptation is not a problem when I am strong.
But when I am weak or sad or needy or hurting,
temptation leads me to feed on my own needs,
give into my own weaknesses.

Temptation has the presence of grace within it.

Temptation is not sin – or a sign that I am bad.

Without temptation we will never find salvation.

We should look at temptation as an opportunity to make a choice.
